Ingredients
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 11 inch pie plate.

Sprinkle all 12 slices of chopped bacon into the bottom of a pie plate. Then sprinkle all of the cheese (1cup) on top of the bacon. Then add 1/3 cup of diced onion on top of the bacon and cheese.

With an electric mixer beat 4 eggs, 2 cups of milk,1 cup of bisquick, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Beat for a minute until well combined

Pour mixture evenly into pie plate.

Bake until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. 35-45 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve.
